Who is a Land Owner or Local Stakeholder?
A land owner owns the property to be used for a Holocene solar farm. Local stakeholders can be County Commissioners, County Planning Boards, Permitting Offices and community members.
Holocene is invested in community. Holocene’s development team educates landowners and local stakeholders about the life cycle of a solar PV system asset and the economic benefits it offers the community. Benefits include passive income and the return of the land to its original state at ultimate project completion. Also, solar PV system projects can add to local tax revenues and boost local job and economic growth.
We listen and respond to our landowners’ needs and concerns and work closely with all local stakeholders—knowing our transparency leads to long-term, stable relationships as well as thriving solar PV system projects.
